STAMFORD, Conn. – Oct. 24, 2024 – The NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs continue with NBC Sports’ presentation of the Straight Talk Wireless 400 live from Homestead-Miami Speedway in Homestead, Fla., this Sunday, Oct. 27, at 2:30 p.m. ET on NBC. A 30-minute Countdown to Green Sunday at 2 p.m. ET on NBC leads into live race coverage. Homestead-Miami is the fourth of six consecutive Cup Series playoff races to be presented live on NBC, culminating in the Cup Series Championship on Nov. 10.

CRAFTSMAN Truck Series Playoffs Continue in South Florida in Three Weeks

The NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series competitors will have three weeks off to regroup and go over strategy before heading to Homestead-Miami Speedway for the second race of the Round of 8 on Saturday, October 26 at 12 p.m. ET on FS1, MRN, and SiriusXM Radio.

The 1.5-mile oval has hosted 27 CRAFTSMAN Truck Series races since its inaugural CRAFTSMAN Truck Series event on March 17, 1996 – a race won by Dave Rezendes piloting the No. 7 Geoffrey Bodine Motorsports Ford. Notably, there have been 24 different race winners. Kyle Busch leads the series with three wins at the track.

Steven Chapman and Amanda West Continue Trend of 2024 First-Time Winners at Stafford Speedway

(Stafford Springs, CT)—For any driver, a first victory is a special occurrence and the Friday, August 16 Lincoln Tech 80 program at Stafford Speedway welcomed two new winners, Steven Chapman and the #14 Chapman Apartment Homes team in the SK Modified® division, and Amanda West and the #15 McKinney Construction team in the SK Light division. New winners have been a theme at Stafford in 2024 with Chapman and West becoming the 8th and 9th different first-time winners during the 2024 season. Chapman’s win was his third overall career win at Stafford but first in the SK Modified® division, while West’s victory was a first in any division at Stafford.
