The NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series is on race five of a season-high stretch of six consecutive race weekends with Friday night’s stop at Nashville Superspeedway for the Rackley Roofing 200 (8 p.m. ET on FS1, MRN, SiriusXM NASCAR Radio).
(Stafford Springs, CT)—Fresh off back to back 2-win seasons, Cory DiMatteo is looking forward to kicking off his third season together with the #11 Hummel Brothers Hot Dogs SK Modified® owned by John Hummel with Ed Flemke, Jr. serving as his crew chief. DiMatteo came up just short of winning the SK Modified® championship in 2023 and he will hope to once again be a championship contender.

In their first season together, DiMatteo recorded 2 wins, 5 top-5, and 11 top-10 finishes en route to an 8th place finish in the points standings.

BECHTELSVILLE, PA. May 9, 2021. Ma Nature smiled on Grandview Speedway Saturday night and allowed a Mom’s Night NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series tripleheader to be completed with Duane Howard battling with Jesse Leiby in the T.P. Trailers 358 NASCAR 30-lap Modified feature beginning on the 15th lap. The veteran campaigner tried to dive underneath the rookie and later attempted the outside trek, but each attempt failed. Finally on the 22nd lap, the six-time point champion got past Leiby and went on to take the win. (more…)
