Coca-Cola To Partner With Chase Elliott And The No. 9 Hendrick Motorsports Team In 2023

CONCORD, N.C. (Feb. 16, 2023) – The Coca-Cola Company (NYSE: KO) has joined 14-time NASCAR Cup Series champions Hendrick Motorsports as the Official Beverage Partner of driver Chase Elliott and his No. 9 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 team.

Throughout the 2023 season, Atlanta-based Coca-Cola will appear as an associate sponsor of Elliott’s race cars beginning with Sunday’s 65th running of the DAYTONA 500 (2:30 p.m. ET on FOX). The iconic beverage brand will also adorn the No. 9 team’s uniforms and equipment. (more…)

NASCAR and Stanley Black & Decker (NYSE: SWK), the world’s largest tool company and a leader in outdoor equipment, announced last August that the American tool icon CRAFTSMAN® would return as the title sponsor of the NASCAR Truck Series beginning in 2023. After serving as the series’ title sponsor from its inception in 1995 to 2008, the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series will make its homecoming at Daytona International Speedway on February 17, 2023.

Jack Wood – No. 51 Eberlestock Silverado Craftsman Trucks Daytona Preview

Jack Wood will make his Kyle Busch Motorsports (KBM) debut behind the wheel of the No. 51 Eberlestock Chevrolet in Friday night’s NextEra Energy 250 at Daytona (Fla.) International Speedway. The Daytona race will be part of a 13-race schedule for Wood this year sharing the No. 51 with KBM owner-driver Kyle Busch and other drivers yet to be announced. The 22-year-old driver finished ninth in his ARCA Menards Series debut at Daytona in 2021 and recorded one top-five and four top-10 finishes across eight starts that season.

RCR Race Preview: Daytona International Speedway

Richard Childress Racing has collected seven points-paying victories in NASCAR Cup Series competition at Daytona International Speedway and won 11 poles. RCR owns three Daytona 500 wins (Dale Earnhardt – 1998, Kevin Harvick – 2007, Austin Dillon – 2018) and four Coke Zero Sugar 400 trophies (Earnhardt – 1990, 1993, Harvick – 2010, Dillon – 2022).

Chase Purdy- No. 4 Bama Buggies Silverado Craftsman Trucks Daytona Preview

Chase Purdy will make his Kyle Busch Motorsports (KBM) debut behind the wheel of the No. 4 Bama Buggies Silverado in Friday night’s NextEra Energy 250 at Daytona (Fla.) International Speedway. The 23-year-old driver will be beginning his third full-time season in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series and first with KBM. He enters Friday night’s race having totaled five top-10 finishes and 17 laps led across his 52 career Truck Series starts.
