West Haven, VT – The great crate place treated a packed house with twin 20’s for the Sunoco Sportsman Modifieds at Devil’s Bowl Speedway. Jimmy Davis made his return to victory lane winning the first event, while Don Mattison earned the second twin win. Outlaw Open Entries Released for First Two Thompson Speedway Wednesday Shows
Waterbury, VT and Naples, ME — American-Canadian Tour (ACT) and Pro All Stars Series (PASS) have released the entry forms for the next two Outlaw Open Modified Series events at Connecticut’s Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park. The Nutmeg State 75 on Wednesday, June 16 and the Spirit of 76 on Wednesday, July 7 are part of a six-division card for the track’s 82nd summer of racing.

Supercross Series Delivers a Season of Groundbreaking Firsts
ELLENTON, Fla., (May 4, 2021) – The 2021 Monster Energy AMA Supercross, an FIM World Championship was supposed to be a step back to normalcy after 2020’s incredible Responsible Return to Racing protocol that saw the racers and teams concluding the season – all seven remaining rounds – at a single venue. With new protocols, the 2021 season promised more venues, more traditional track variances, and a limited number of fans in attendance. The season delivered all that, but the racing wasn’t back to normal. It was extraordinary.

Acton, MA (May 4, 2021): On Friday night, April 30, Matt Swanson of Acton, MA, earned his first career NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour pole award during qualifying for the prestigious Spring Sizzler. Swanson, driver of the famed Ole Blue for Mike Boehler Racing Enterprises of E. WEST HAVEN, Vt. – Demetrios Drellos picked up right where he left off last year: On top at Devil’s Bowl Speedway. The reigning Sportsman Modified champion opened the new season on Saturday, May 1, with a dominant win during a wildly unpredictable night presented by Mike’s Fuels of Bridport. A total of 118 racecars jammed the pit area and outer parking lot as a nice spectator crowd filtered in for the 2021 lid-lifter, and Drellos collected a whopping $3,200 for his victory in the race honoring the late Matt Bilodeau. Brian Brown Delivers Emotional Street Stock May Meltdown Win For Car Owner Rob Bader Sunday At Riverhead Raceway
During the off season former Blunderbust driver Rob Bader wanted to return grassroots racing in 2021 and during the winter went out and got a Street Stock for competition at Riverhead Raceway. Among the goals Rob set was for the car to be a tribute to his late Uncle Jay Hulse former Charger driver. Then unexpected wrist surgery put Rob on injured list but undaunted he tabbed good friend Brian Brown of Riverhead to steer the car in Sunday’s May Meltdown event and in a storybook finish Brown delivered an emotional win for Bader and his family.
