Riverhead RacewayDylan Slepian of Dix Hills ended a three-year dry spell for he and car owner Rob Pelis Saturday night at Riverhead Raceway as he drove to victory in the annual Baldwin, Evans & Jarzombek 77 NASCAR Modified event. Dylan’s winning pass for many was reminiscent of winning passes executed by “Charging” Charlie Jarzombek when Slepian took to the outside lane to take the lead and eventual victory, his first since September of 2022.

HAMPTON, Ga. – Timing his pass on the last lap to perfection, Georgia native Chase Elliott charged past Brad Keselowski and held off the driver of the No. 6 Ford to win Saturday night’s Quaker State 400 at Echo Park Speedway.

The popular victory in the first event of the NASCAR Cup Series’ In-Season Challenge broke a 44-race drought for Elliott dating to last year’s win at Texas Motor Speedway. The win was the second at EchoPark for the driver of the No. 9 Hendrick Motorsports Chevrolet and the 20th of his career.

DARLINGTON, S.C. – If Denny Hamlin’s win a week ago at Martinsville, Va. was a competitive relief, his victory Sunday at Darlington, S.C. was championship swagger.

A week ago he ended a 31-race winless streak to take a convincing win at the Martinsville half-miler. And on Sunday, the veteran came through in the closing laps of the Goodyear 400 at Darlington, a track he was already the winningest active driver (five) and marked the first time since 2012 that Hamlin had won back-to-back races.
