It was wall to wall racing Saturday evening at Riverhead Raceway with nine feature events totaling 270-laps presented before another large turnout. When the dust settled on the 50-lap NASCAR Modified feature Dylan Slepian of Dix Hills sat in the winners circle for the third time this season while in the companion 100-lap Eagle Auto Mall Crate Modified event Michael Berner of Patchogue notched his second win of the season. Despite being under the weather during the week, Dylan Slepian of Dix Hills felt just fine Saturday at Riverhead Raceway once strapped into his NASCAR Modified. He felt even better at the end of 50-laps after executing a late race outside pass of Jack Handley Jr. of Medford to score his second win of the season.
After going without a win in 2021, Dylan Slepian of Dix Hills quickly found his way back to victory lane at Riverhead Raceway in 2022 when he topped the 50-lap NASCAR Modified feature event Saturday night. The win was the 5th of Dylan’s career. New York Mets pitching star Jacob deGrom took in the action with his family Saturday while he rehabs from injury. (more…)
BECHTELSVILLE, PA. – Brett Kressley of Orefield, Pa. was able to take the lead from a strong running Mark Kratz of Pennsburg, Pa. with a sweeping outside move following a lap 17 restart, then outlast several late race cautions, to score his second 30-lap T.P.
