MOORESVILLE, N.C. (March 19, 2025) – Sixteen-year-old racer Carson Brown is on the fast track.

For the third time in as many months, the resident of New London, North Carolina, will make a racing debut, this time in the ARCA Menards Series East season opener Saturday night at Five Flags Speedway in Pensacola, Florida. Brown will drive the No. 4 ebb Logistics/PayCafe Chevrolet for Hettinger Racing.

Snowball Derby Bid Goes Up in Flames for Treyten Lapcevich

PENSACOLA, Fla.: With the hopes of ending his 2024 racing campaign by hoisting the coveted Tom Dawson trophy in the highly anticipated 57th annual Snowball Derby, an independent race considered by many as the most prestigious Super Late Model race because of its all-star nature, Canadian standout Treyten Lapcevich will have to wait another year to make that dream a reality after suffering a mechanical issue Sunday afternoon at Five Flags (Fla.) Ty Majeski Car Damaged In Snowball Derby Practice After Track Breaks Apart At Five Flags Speedway

Bad news for defending Snowball Derby winner Ty Majeski. A chunk of asphalt came off the track and damaged his car. The NASCAR Truck Series champion is looking to become the second three-time winner in the history of the race.

The track at Five Flags Speedway has cracks and character. Unfortunately, too much character. A piece of the track did damage to the nose and duct work of the No. 91 according to Matt Weaver of Sportsnaut. (more…)
