LAKEVILLE, Conn. (26 October 2025) — The morning fog had barely lifted over the Berkshire foothills on Saturday when the first wave of Mazda Miatas rolled into Lime Rock Park for MiataCon. Soon the infield was packed with pink, black, red, silver, yellow, blue, green, purple and dozens of custom Miatas, more than 400 of them, all parked bumper to bumper beneath the fall-turned maples that surround B Paddock.

Heavy rain on Monday night that saturated the grounds and the forecast of rain joined by high winds, severe weather and potential flooding in the early evening hours has forced the decision to cancel the Tuesday night, July 1 Pennsylvania 410 Sprint Speed Week event joined by the 358 Modifieds. It is with great disappointment that we had to make this decision as this event is always the highlight of the NAPA Auto Parts Thunder on the Hill Racing Series. At this time there are no plans to reschedule this event due to the already full schedule of racing the balance of the year.

Early entry forms have been flowing into the Barre, Vermont office in preparation for the $103,000 spectacular that kicks off on Milk Bowl Friday, September 30th with the Pro All Stars Series invasion, continuing with Milk Bowl Qualifying Day on Saturday, October 1st and wrapping up with the Milk Bowl itself on Sunday, October 2nd.
