(November28th, 2018) – In this quick episode of AmericanTrucks’ (AT) ‘The Haul’ YouTube series, our Professor of Truckology, AKA Justin Dugan, orchestrates a compilation dyno shootout video featuring late-model F150s. In this video, you will witness stock dyno runs from most of the popular engine configurations available in 2015 model year and newer F150s.
Engines featured in this video include the baby 2.7L Ecoboost, the “Lion” 3.0L Power StrokeTurbo Diesel, the “Coyote” 5.0L V8 and both varieties of 3.5L Ecoboost (Regular and High-output). All dyno runs were performed in AT’s climate-controlled dyno studio via a Dynojet 2224XLC Dynamometer for consistency and good measure.
