Sicard Opens White Mountain Season with Dominating Triple Crown Win
N. Woodstock, NH — Barton, VT’s Shane Sicard showed why he’s a three-time defending White Mountain Motorsports Park champion with a dominating victory in the J.P. Sicard Triple Crown Series on Saturday, May 8. Sicard took the lead from Marshfield, VT’s Matthew Potter on lap 6 of the 75-lap Wells River Chevrolet Flying Tiger feature and cruised to the win as part of the 29th White Mountain Season Opener. SMART Celebrating Modified Racing Legacy at Franklin County
As NASCAR teams and fans celebrate the past this weekend at Darlington Raceway, the Tour-type Modified teams of the Southeast are getting a similar and slightly-impromptu chance to do the same this Saturday at an old hot spot for Modified racing.
With Bowman Gray Stadium’s 2021 Opening Day being pushed to June 5, the SMART Modified Tour has stepped up once again this year, as the tour will head into Virginia for the second time this season, this time to historic Franklin County Speedway. (more…)

(Stafford Springs, CT)—Stafford Speedway hosted its first scheduled Friday night race of the 2021 season with a Stafford Weekly Series program on Friday, May 7th. Michael Christopher outdueled Keith Rocco to win the SK Modified® feature, while both Michael Bennett and Derek Debbis both made it two-for-two in 2021 by winning the Late Model and SK Light feature events respectively. NEWS from SRX: Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp Named an Official Tourism Partner
MOORESVILLE, N.C. (March 11, 2021) – The Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp has joined Superstar Racing Experience (SRX) as an official tourism partner.
SRX is a six-race short-track series airing this summer on Saturday nights in primetime on CBS. It features drivers from an array of motorsports backgrounds competing in identically prepared racecars on a variety of tracks. Its season finale takes place July 17 at the iconic Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway in Tennessee. (more…)
Outlaw Entry Lists Loading up for Icebreaker and Thompson 300
Waterbury, VT — The Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park oval is shaping up as the place to watch the biggest stars of Tour-Type Modified Racing in 2021. Entry lists for both the Icebreaker 125 on April 10/11 and the return of the Thompson 300 on October 9/10 are already loaded with local, regional, and even national open-wheel racing headliners.

2020 Kulwicki Driver Development Program Semifinalists Revealed: Four New Englanders Made the List
CONCORD, N.C. – The seven drivers who will represent the Kulwicki Driver Development Program (KDDP) for the 2020 racing season will come from a diverse group of 15 semifinalists that were announced on Monday morning’s edition of Speed51.com’s “The Bullring.” The drivers range in age from 15 to 23 years of age and represent nine different states and one Canadian province.
