Mooresville, NC (January 22, 2025) – Spencer Boyd, owner of Freedom Racing Enterprises (FRE), announced today that the team will field the No. 67 in select NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series races in 2025. Ty Majeski has celebrated success away from the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series after bagging an impressive $34,000 prize at the Freedom Factory event over the weekend. Just weeks after his triumph in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series championship, the ThorSport Racing driver transitioned seamlessly back to his roots in super late model racing. He clinched the prestigious Bill Bigley Memorial 128, not only securing the grand prize of $30,000 but also setting the fastest qualifying time to earn an additional $4,000 for the pole position.
Keith McGee, a part-time NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series competitor for Reaume Brothers Racing, captured a substantial alongside victory on Friday night as he along with his co-driver Derek Bieri of Vice Grip Garage took home the checkered flag in the 2.4 Hours of Le Mullets at Freedom Factory, a 3/8-mile asphalt track located in Bradenton, FL. Category 3 Hurricane Milton hit Florida last Wednesday, October 9. Freedom Factory racetrack owner and YouTuber Cleetus McFarland drove his Ford Raptor pickup truck to assess the damages, and what he found wasn’t pretty. The worst thing he saw was at the connecting Bradenton Motorsports Park, which had its huge stands hurled smack in the middle of the drag strip.
As soon as Cleetus entered the Freedom Factory gates, he saw moderate damage here and there, but nothing too bad. However, after glancing at the nearby Bradenton Motorsports Park and seeing the heavy, metallic stands thrown onto the middle of the drag strip, he immediately evaluated the damages at around $100,000. BECHTELSVILLE, PA. – The 62nd anniversary season of auto racing action at Grandview Speedway moves into the 54th annual Freedom 76 race weekend, the biggest, most prestigious, and most lucrative racing of the year for competitors.
The Freedom 76 weekend begins this Friday, September 20 with the 11th annual Freedom 38 Sportsman Championship race, along with qualifying events, plus practice time for Modified drivers wishing to participate in the Freedom 76.
Friday’s program will be known as Fans for Five Friday as the grandstand admission is just $5, while children ages 9 and under will be free of charge. Pit admission on Friday is $40, and no license is required. (more…)
