Daniel Hemric Claims First NASCAR Truck Series Win in Martinsville Shootout

MARTINSVILLE, Va.—During the week before Friday night’s Boys and Girls Club of the Blue Ridge 200 at Martinsville Speedway, Daniel Hemric practiced his back flip.

It was the signature move he had been able to use just once in NASCAR national series competition—when he won the 2021 season finale at Phoenix Raceway to clinch the NASCAR Xfinity Series championship.

Daniel Hemric Joining McAnally-Hilgemann Racing For 2025 Truck Series Season

McAnally-Hilgemann Racing (MHR) announced today that 2021 NASCAR Xfinity Series (NXS) champion Daniel Hemric will join the organization for the 2025 NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series (NCTS) season. The 33-year-old from Kannapolis, N.C. will drive the No. 19 NAPA Auto Care Chevrolet Silverado RST during Bill McAnally’s 35th season in partnership with NAPA. The 2025 season will mark Hemric’s third full-time NCTS campaign as the team will celebrate NAPA’s 100th anniversary throughout the year. (more…)
