IMCA Super Nationals Annual Economic Impact to the State of Iowa $60 MILLION

Boone, IA – March 16, 2022 – The United States Motorsports Association (USMA) announced today the results of a new independent study conducted by the USMA and Robert Dunn, Ph.D., Associate Professor of Economics, and Leslie Dunn Ph.D., Associate Professor of Economics at Washington & Jefferson College.  The study measured the economic impacts of the International Motor Contest Association (IMCA) annual Super Nationals event in Boone, Iowa.  The report concluded the Super Nationals produces $60 million annually in economic benefits throughout the region and across the State of Iowa. After taking last weekend off, the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series will be returning to action this weekend in the Corn Belt 150 Presented by Premier Chevy Dealers at Knoxville Raceway in Knoxville, Iowa on Friday, July 9 at 9 p.m. ET on FS1, MRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio in the series’ debut at the famously historic dirt track.
