PJ Evans Wins Midstate Site Development Street Stock 30 at Stafford; Christopher, Gambacorta, Lambros, & Jencik Also Score Feature Wins

(Stafford Springs, CT)—Stafford Speedway’s Street Stock division took center stage on Friday, June 27 with their lone extra distance feature event of the 2025 season, the Midstate Site Development 30.  PJ Evans was the big winner of the night, scoring his first career Stafford Speedway feature victory in the biggest Street Stock event of the season, the MSD 30.  Evans became the 701st different feature winner in Stafford history just after Dean Lambros notched his first career Stafford feature victory in the SK Light feature and became the 700th different winner.  Other feature winners on the night were Michael Christopher, Jr., who drove to his third consecutive SK Modified® feature win of the season, Kevin Gambacorta in the Late Model feature, and Devon Jencik in the Limited Late Model feature.

(Stafford Springs, CT)—Stafford Speedway returned to weekly racing action with the Late Model division taking center stage with their extra distance Paradiso Insurance Late Model 50 feature event on Friday night, September 6th.  Alexandra Fearn was the big winner of the night by surviving several green white checkered attempts to finish the race and hold off Adam Gray and then Darrell Keane to score her first win of the 2024 season.  Andrew Molleur was a first time 2024 winner in the SK Modified® feature, Tyler Chapman won for the seventh time this season in the SK Light feature, Devon Jencik won for the second time in the Limited Late Model feature, and Travis Downey recorded his third win in the Street Stock feature. (Stafford Springs, CT)—Stafford Speedway hosted the Casella Waste Open 80 on Friday, June 7th.  Connor Jencik was a first-time Stafford feature winner in the Limited Late Model feature and Jason Lafayette notched his first Street Stock feature victory of the 2024 season before rain postponed the remainder of the program.  The Casella Waste Open 80 will be resumed from lap-6 next Friday night, June 14th and all rain checks from tonight’s Casella Waste 80 program will be honored.
