NASCAR Hall of Famer to Pilot Illustrious No.8 at Florence Motor Speedway

MOORESVILLE, N.C. (Oct. 22, 2024) Times may change, tradition rolls on which is why Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Budweiser are reuniting to bring back one of the most recognizable paint schemes in racing history. The NASCAR Hall of Famer will drive the historic No. 8 Chevrolet with the iconic Bud King of Beers paint scheme once again for a limited series of Late Model Stock Car Races in 2024 and 2025. The paint scheme will make its return to the track for the first time in 17 years on November 23, 2024 when Earnhardt Jr. competes in the South Carolina 400 at Florence Motor Speedway. (more…)

CLAREMONT, N.H. – Russ Hersey continued his incredible out-of-retirement October winning streak, Justin Beecher soared to victory in the Super Streets, and Cole Littlewood, aboard a totally unfamiliar ride, dominated the Pro V8 Sportsman feature Saturday at Claremont Motorsports Park.

No fewer than a dozen feature events were contested Saturday, as the historic Thrasher Road speedplant hosted day two of its ambitious 2024 Fall Challenge three-pack. A staggering field of 106 cars filled the pits Saturday, none faster than the rocketship Little Webb’s 350 Super Modifieds, which blasted through two 25-lap feature events. (more…)

Oxford, ME — One last go-round for the ACT Flying Tiger Tri-State Series brought twenty-four Vermont and New Hampshire drivers over the border to the State of Maine for Saturday’s championship finale for the three-race series at Oxford Plains Speedway. While an end-of-season Flying Tiger showdown has been held annually at Oxford Plains since 2019, Saturday’s showcase became a first for ‘North America’s #1 Support Division’ with a point-counting event crowning a champion at the 3/8-mile Maine oval! Owen Grennan Scores First Career Riverhead Raceway Modified Victory, John Beatty Jr. Secures Second Consecutive Championship
After rain washed out the Championship Night for the NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Series at Riverhead Raceway the event was pushed back to the third weekend in October. In the 50-lap NASCAR Modified feature Owen Grennan of Glen Cove avoided all that was going on around him to collect his first career victory. Earlier Grennan romped to his 21st career triumph in the Eagle Chevrolet Crate Modifieds.
