Thompson Speedway Set for Expanded 12-Event Schedule in 2024
Barre, VT & Naples, ME — Officials from the American-Canadian Tour (ACT) and Pro All Stars Series (PASS) have announced today an expanded twelve-event schedule for the Thompson Speedway oval in 2024. After Historic Flooding and Central Vermont Rebuild, SRX Set for July 18, 2024 Thunder Road Debut
Barre, VT — The Central Vermont area has been steadily rebuilding since devastating flooding in July of 2023 wreaked havoc across the region. While work continues, many homes have been repaired, many businesses reopened and now another light at the end of the tunnel approaches. The Superstar Racing Experience (SRX) Series is ready to make its Thunder Road debut on Thursday, July 18 to not only bring some of the world’s greatest racers to Barre, Vermont, but also to celebrate the strength and resilience of the people of Vermont. Jimmy Renfrew Jr Dominates Riverhead Raceway Full Fender Fall Frenzy 200 In Route To $5,000 Payday
There is a good chance Jimmy Renfrew Jr. of Candia, NH had never even flown over Riverhead Raceway prior to Sunday’s inaugural East & West Pest Control Full Fender Fall Frenzy 200. It took Renfrew all of 19-laps during a morning practice to familiarize himself with the tight bullring before going out and leading all but 2 of 200-laps for the $5,000 victory.
