Weather Pushes Back Thompson Icebreaker Weekend to April 7th and 8th

Thompson, CT — After this weekend’s poor forecast has continued to remain gloomy, American-Canadian Tour (ACT) and Pro All Stars Series (PASS) officials have made the difficult decision to postpone the 49th Icebreaker Weekend at Thompson Speedway one week. Now set for Friday April 7th and Saturday April 8th, the revamped schedule will continue the same divisions as previously announced, simply postponed one week due to the extremely wet forecast expected to hit the northeast corner of Connecticut this weekend.

Vore’s Compact Touring Series To Open Season In De Graff, Ohio Sunday

Poulin Drywall car with Mike Paquette providing a Chassis Dynamics car with Mike Pettit power under the hood.

Race Of Champions Modified Series Set To Begin Season At Mahoning Valley Speedway

If opening day at the 1/4-mile facility is any indication of what fans are in store for Saturday, April 8, at 3:00pm will be one of the most anticipated start times on their 2023 schedules.

CRA Street Stocks Begin 2023 Campaign Sunday at Shadybowl Speedway

De Graff, OH (Tuesday, March 28th, 2023) – For the first time this season drivers and teams of the Champion Racing Association (CRA) Street Stocks Powered by JEGS will prepare for battle at Shadybowl Speedway in DeGraff, Ohio on Sunday, April 2nd. The race kicks off an 11 event regular season that wraps up Saturday, October 14th at Winchester Speedway ahead of the non-points season finale at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway on Saturday, November 4th. The 2023 season marks the 18th year of racing for the CRA Street Stocks.

Olson Apartments Renews Stafford SK Light Contingency Program Participation For Eighth Consecutive Season

(Stafford Springs, CT)—For the 8th consecutive season, Olson Apartments of Agawam, MA has signed on to continue their participation in the Stafford Speedway contingency program. Olson Apartments will provide a weekly $75 bonus to each SK Light third place finisher this season, providing an extra $1,650 for drivers during the 2023 season. Combined with American Sign, Inc.’s SK Light contingency, all 3^rd place finishers will each receive an extra $150 in bonus money in 2023.
