Hello to my NEMA family, friends and fans,
Congratulations to Mike Horn, Jake Trainor and all the Shane Hammond Memorial Race competitors. A shout out to the hard chargers, Chase Locke and Jim Chambers. I want to begin by saying thank you all who participated in the SHMR. I hope you understand how much it means to me to keep not just Shane Hammond’s name involved with NEMA but his attitude of being a true good sport who offered a helping hand to all. NEMA was like an extended family that he loved representing.

In the end, Sam Caron grabbed his first Lenny’s Shoe & Apparel Flying Tiger win of the season but it wasn’t enough to stop Derrick Calkins from taking the Myers Container Service Triple Crown Championship.
