While he might not run nearly as many races as he did at the start of his racing career, Ryan Moore, formerly of Maine, continues to find his way to short track events along the East Coast. GW Promotional Group announced today the official format and additional event information for the upcoming Whitcomb 5 Series in 2022. The series will showcase the NHSTRA SK-type Modified division at Monadnock Speedway for two events, and one event each at Claremont Motorsports Park, Hudson Speedway and Lee USA Speedway.
With his stock car racing career on hold, Fort Kent’s Austin Theriault has been busy serving as a driving consultant, and one of his proteges has Maine ties.
Even though he has been racing for just one year, 13-year-old Carson Brown has already racked up a bunch of wins in his Legends car, including the Young Lions division national championship dirt track race at the Brushcreek Motorsports Complex in Peebles, Ohio. (more…)
GW Promotional Group announced on Tuesday that the team has prepared five events for the 2022 season as part of the Whitcomb 5 Series. The series will cover five historic New Hampshire short-tracks, showcasing the local stars of the Modified division as part of the NHSTRA Modified class.
ALLENTOWN, PA NOVEMBER 1, 2021 . . . Indoor Auto Racing headlined by the TQ Midgets will make a return inside Allentown, PA’s PPL Center on Friday and Saturday, January 7-8, 2022 for a sixth time. The races in Allentown will be the first since 2020. The scheduled race in 2021 was cancelled for pandemic-related reasons.
