ROSSBURG, Ohio (Sept. 5, 2024) – Eldora Speedway has hired championship-winning USAC driver and motorsports executive Levi Jones as general manager for the World’s Greatest Dirt Track.
The appointment serves as a homecoming for Jones, with the 42-year-old from Olney, Illinois, having raced for Eldora Speedway owner Tony Stewart in the United States Auto Club (USAC) from 2006 until the midpoint of 2013, winning six of his seven USAC championships with Tony Stewart Racing.
Ray Evernham and Rob Kaufmann recently announced that they had acquired the rights to the historic International Race Of Champions (IROC) series that Roger Penske had started in the early 70s and run until 2006.
INDIANAPOLIS (July 15, 2024) – The world of sprint car racing congregates this week at Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio, for four nights of racing action that culminates with the 41st running of the Kings Royal.

The 410 Sprints will make their final visit of 2024 at the Grandview Speedway on Tuesday night, July 2 when HVAC Distributors present the Pennsylvania 410 Sprint Speed Week Series showcasing the $10,000 to win Hodnett Cup. Also on the program are the 358 NASCAR Modifieds with $3,000 going to the winner of their 30 lap main event. Gates open at 5 PM with race time set for 7:30 PM. BECHTELSVILLE, PA (June 11, 2024) – It was a night of firsts at Bechtelsville’s Grandview Speedway on Tuesday night as Pioneer Pole Buildings presented the Jesse Hockett Classic. It was the first night of the 17th Annual Eastern Storm, the first career USAC AMSOIL National Sprint Car Championship win for Allentown, PA’s Briggs Danner, and the first NAPA Auto Parts Thunder on the Hill Racing Series victory for Vineland, NJ’s Eric Kormann in the NASCAR 358 Modifieds.
