Lehighton, Pennsylvania (April 11, 2025) – The Race of Champions Modified Series is ready to kick off the 2025 season in thrilling fashion at Mahoning Valley Speedway, and fans are just as excited as the drivers. If the energy around opening day at the 1/4-mile facility is any indication, Saturday, April 19 at 6:00pm promises to be one of the most anticipated dates on this year’s racing calendar.
The fifth race of the SMART Modified Tour season will bring the Sadler-Stanley Racing team to Hickory Motor Speedway this Saturday evening. The Hickory Hundred will take place at the track known as the ‘Birthplace of NASCAR Stars’ as the SMART Tour wraps a busy opening portion of the season.

After a month off, the 40th anniversary season of the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour roars back to life Wednesday, April 16 at Connecticut’s Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park with the running of the Icebreaker 150 (live on FloRacing).
The race, originally scheduled for Sunday, March 30, was postponed twice due to the threat of inclement weather.
North East, PA. (April 6, 2025) – Due to ongoing inclement weather and predicted cold conditions, the Race of Champions 250 has been rescheduled for Saturday, September 13, 2025, as part of the already planned Race of Champions “Family of Series” Weekend at Lake Erie Speedway.
Thompson, CT — With the continued chances of rain remaining steadfast on Friday morning, Thompson Speedway officials have made the difficult decision to once again postpone the remainder of the planned 51st Icebreaker festivities, this time to the new Wednesday, April 16 date.
Four-time NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour champion Justin Bonsignore announced today a partnership for the NASCAR Xfinity Series event at Bristol Motor Speedway on April 12 with Joe Gibbs Racing.
Bonsignore welcomes KBM Commercial Properties and Highway Self Storage to the side of the No. 19 Toyota GR Supra for the SciAps 300.
After a week off, Sadler-Stanley Racing will return to SMART Modified Tour competition this Saturday, April 5, with both team drivers Jonathan Cash and Luke Baldwin.
The SMART Modified Tour powered by Pace-O-Matic heads to Orange County Speedway. Entering the race, Baldwin leads the championship battle with one win so far this year. Cash has also put together plenty of speed in the first three races of the season, and has recorded two top-10 finishes in the No. 16VA. (more…)
