JENNERSTOWN, Pa. – Tommy Baldwin Racing is taking control of the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour. On Saturday, at Jennerstown Speedway in Pennsylvania, the team was back in Victory Lane for the third straight Tour event – this time with Connecticut rising star Mike Christopher Jr. behind the wheel.
BARRE, Vt. – The Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series visited Barre, Vermont for the first time in history and Chase Dowling wasn’t going to be denied. The Roxbury, Connecticut, native captured the $10,000 winning prize in the Granite City 100 – passing for the lead with 48 laps to go and leading the remainder of the distance en route to Victory Lane.
JENNERSTOWN, Pa. – For the second straight year, NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour teams will carry the names of fallen heroes on the roof of their rides this weekend at Jennerstown Speedway. As part of the Jennerstown Salutes event, in collaboration with Operation Vet NOW Inc. (OVN), NASCAR and JDV Productions, all teams in the Modified field will be racing to honor a veteran.

MILFORD, Conn. – Fresh off two straight NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour wins with Tommy Baldwin Racing, Doug Coby will strap back in behind the wheel of his own No. 10 Mayhew Tools Modified this Friday night. The Pioneer Pole Building BALLS TO THE WALL 50 for 358 Modifieds and SpeedSTR’s will make-up a special doubleheader at the Grandview Speedway on Sunday night, May 29. This event will also mark the first of two Tri-Track races at Grandview in 2022. Gates open at 5 PM with race time set for 7:30 PM.
LEE, N.H. – For the second straight NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour race, Doug Coby was on top Saturday. Coby rocketed to Victory Lane in the inaugural Granite State Derby presented by USA Insulation at Lee USA Speedway – taking the Tommy Baldwin Racing No. 7NY into Lee’s winner’s circle in the first Tour appearance at the track in over two decades.
Defending NASCAR Modified champion Kyle Soper of Manorville seeking his fourth title in five years got his championship defense off on the right foot, literally Saturday night when he scored a milestone 25th career victory at Riverhead Raceway.
