Teams Prepare for the 3rd annual Northeast Classic at New Hampshire Motor Speedway

Barre, VT & Naples, ME — For the third consecutive year the Northeast Classic at New Hampshire Motor Speedway kicks off the American-Canadian Tour (ACT) championship season alongside the Pro All Stars Series (PASS) Super Late Models. Once more, New England’s premier full-fendered touring series are joined by the $7,000-to-win Open Tour-type Modified 50-lap spectacular, the R&R Race Parts Open Street Stock Series and the new-found Mighty Mini Stock Series, all of them ready to tackle the Magic Mile on Saturday, April 15th.

Mechanical Issue Pushes Doug Coby To 13th Place Finish at Richmond Raceway

RICHMOND, Va. – In many ways, the second round of the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour season looked to be shaping up like another strong podium finish for Doug Coby and Tommy Baldwin Racing. In the Mayhew Tools No. 7NY, Coby qualified sixth on Friday for the Virginia is For Racing Lovers 150 at Richmond Raceway, but mother nature brought rain, winning the night, and rescheduling the race for Saturday, April 1.

Justin Bonsignore Leaves Richmond Raceway With Fourth-Place Finish

RICHMOND, Va. – Justin Bonsignore scored his second consecutive top-five finish in the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour season on Saturday, April 1 at Richmond Raceway. Driving in the Virginia is for Racing Lovers 150, Bonsignore started from the outside of the front row after qualifying there on Friday, March 31. Following qualifying, rain fell at Richmond, and postponed the race to Saturday – following the conclusion of the NASCAR Xfinity Series 250.

Austin Beers Scores Emotional First NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour Victory at Richmond

Rain Postpones Grandview Speedway Bruce Rogers Memorial Season Opener To April 8

BECHTELSVILLE, PA. – The season opener at Grandview Speedway will have to wait one more week, as rain has forced the postponement of the Bruce Rogers Memorial Money Maker until April 8.

After receiving significant rain overnight into the morning hours, leaving the race track facility very wet, and a forecast including high winds and possible severe storms at race time this evening, the decision was made to postpone the season opening Bruce Rogers Memorial Money Maker. (more…)

Grandview Speedway Completes Successful Practice, Ready For Opening Night April 1

BECHTELSVILLE, PA. – Grandview Speedway kick started the 2023 race season with an open test and tune session Thursday evening and is now all set for Opening Night on Saturday, April 1.

The pit area was busy, as 78 cars participated in Thursday night’s open practice, which was held on a week night after the original practice date this past Saturday was washed away by rain.

Two Free To The Public Riverhead Raceway Practice Days Announced For April 22nd & April 29th

Baseball fans have spring training to look forward to during a long off season, but if you are a race fan on Long Island you very much look forward to the two practice days at Riverhead Raceway signaling another exciting race season is right around the corner. Today track officials announced Saturday April 22nd and Saturday April 29th as the two practice days with the tradition of free grandstand admission remaining in place for eager race fans. Also, track owners Connie Partridge and Tom Gatz revealed the Enduro Opening Day program has been moved up one week to Sunday April 30th starting the new race season a week earlier.
