General Welding Supply Partnership Ups November 11th Riverhead Raceway Crate Modified Win To $2500, Rules Package Disclosed
The Eagle Chevrolet Crate Modifieds will get in on the richest weekend at Riverhead Raceway when they compete in the General Welding Supply Corp. 50 event during the Islip 300 program. The race winner will walk off with a cool $2,500, largest ever for a Crate Modified victory at the historic quarter mile. Director of Technical Inspection Randy Murray also disclosed the rules package for the event in an effort to draw other GM 602 Crate Modifieds in the Northeast.

(Oct. 27, 2022) – A season-long battle between two veteran champions came down to the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour season finale and Ron Silk held on to secure his second career Tour championship with a sixth-place finish in the Virginia is for Racing Lovers 200 at Martinsville Speedway.
