NASCAR Xfinity Series Is Back in a Lone Star State of Mind

The NASCAR Xfinity Series will be heading to the state of Texas for the Andy’s Frozen Custard 300 at Texas Motor Speedway on Saturday, April 13 at 1:30 p.m. ET on FS1, PRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio, the eighth race of the season.

In total, Texas Motor Speedway has hosted 45 NASCAR Xfinity Series races, producing 24 different race winners and 27 different pole winners. Six races have been won from the pole or first starting position, most recently by Ryan Blaney in 2018.

NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series Returns to the Lone Star State

With another thrilling weekend in the books, the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series will return to competition with the SpeedyCash.com 250 at Texas Motor Speedway on Friday, April 12 at 8:30 p.m. ET (FS1, MRN, and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio).

There have been 49 NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series races at Texas, producing 27 different winners and 31 different pole winners. Seven races have been won from the pole or first starting position, most recently by John Hunter Nemechek in 2021.

Thompson, CT — A much nicer day awaited fans on day two of the 50th Icebreaker at Thompson Speedway. Six star-studded features took to the 0.625-mile oval on Sunday, as did the peaks of sunshine to greet the fans in the stands. While the Street Stocks were able to start their 2024 track championship season on Saturday, the rest of the track championship line-up got their year started with plenty of action on Sunday along with the roar of the mighty NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour with their return to Icebreaker weekend. Greeting race fans, I am back in the saddle after a much-needed break.

While I was away, Denny Hamlin and William Byron both won twice putting them into the lead as far as wins even though Kyle Larson is leading the points with a win and four top five finishes. While he also had one DNF, he has four stage wins and has led a whopping 454 laps this season. Byron may have three wins, but he has done that leading only 149 laps.

BECHTELSVILLE, PA. – After an exciting and competitive opening last Saturday, Grandview Speedway is ready to present the second weekend of racing for the new season.

This Saturday, April 13 will see a two-division program of racing under the NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series banner for the T.P. Trailer Modifieds and the T.P. Truck Equipment Sportsman.
