Thompson Speedway Set for Expanded 12-Event Schedule in 2024
Barre, VT & Naples, ME — Officials from the American-Canadian Tour (ACT) and Pro All Stars Series (PASS) have announced today an expanded twelve-event schedule for the Thompson Speedway oval in 2024. Schedule highlights include the 50th Icebreaker and 62nd Sunoco World Series of Speedway Racing book-end weekends plus the return of Thursday Night Thunder at the 85-year-old oval in the fifth season under the operation of ACT and PASS. Anthony Alfredo Won’t Return to B.J. McLeod Motorsports in 2024
Anthony Alfredo, of Ridgefield, CT. announced on November 15 that he will not return to the No. 78 Xfinity car for B.J. McLeod Motorsports during the 2024 NASCAR season. Alfredo joined the organization for his second full-time season in the NASCAR Xfinity Series in 2023 and finished the year with two top-10 finishes and a 24.1 average finishing position. (more…)
NASCAR Canada Series Receives New Name with Presenting Partner Model (Includes Tentative 2024 Schedule)
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (Nov 21, 2023) — Beginning in 2024, NASCAR’s Canadian series will be known as the NASCAR Canada Series with Evirum and Pinty’s serving as Presenting Partners. The series, currently the NASCAR Pinty’s Series, is entering its 18th season as the top national motorsport in Canada.
NASCAR officials also unveiled the 2024 schedule for the NASCAR Canada Series, which features 13 races across six provinces.
