NOVEMBER 29, 2023 (Daytona Beach, Fla.) – NASCAR today announced it has reached new seven-year media rights agreements for the NASCAR Cup Series with four best-in-class distribution partners – FOX Sports, NBC Sports, Amazon’s Prime Video and TNT Sports, a division of Warner Bros. Discovery – to deliver live coverage of all 38 NASCAR Cup Series races beginning in 2025 and extending through the 2031 season. Financial terms of these agreements were not disclosed.
AVONDALE, Ariz. – Nov. 5, 2023 – Team Penske driver Ryan Blaney won the 2023 NASCAR Cup Series Championship (Sunday) afternoon on NBC and Peacock – his first career Cup Series title and second straight title for Team Penske after Joey Logano won in 2022.
STAMFORD, Conn. – Oct. 12, 2023 – The 2023 NASCAR Cup and Xfinity Series Playoffs Round of 8 will begin at Las Vegas Motor Speedway this weekend on NBC, featuring the first chance for a driver to secure a spot in the Championship 4.
The NASCAR Cup Series race in Las Vegas will be presented Sunday at 2:30 p.m. ET on NBC. All four remaining Cup Series Playoff races will air on the NBC broadcast network. (more…)
I wasn’t sure how this street race in Chicago would turn out. While hoping for the best, I was on the fence not only about the drivers’ ability to not turn this into a crashfest into Turn 1, but also thought this much-hyped event was nothing more than another NASCAR gimmick to drive eyes onto the sport even for a brief period of time.

STAMFORD, Conn. – June 15, 2023 – NBC Sports is gearing up for its 2023 NASCAR Cup Series and Xfinity Series coverage, which begins in 10 days when the Cup Series hits Nashville Superspeedway next Sunday, June 25, in primetime at 7 p.m. ET on NBC. STAMFORD, Conn. – June 1, 2023 – A new street circuit in Detroit hosts the NTT INDYCAR SERIES this weekend with the inaugural running of the Chevrolet Detroit Grand Prix presented Sunday at 3 p.m. ET on NBC and Peacock. The race marks the seventh straight to air on NBC to begin the 2023 season. Peacock is the streaming home of the NTT INDYCAR SERIES, presenting all races, qualifying and practices this season.
