Kulwicki Semi-Finalist Derek Gluchacki Wins Race of the Night on Icebreaker Friday
Thompson, CT — Five divisions started off the New England racing season in style on Friday night at Thompson Speedway but one race stood out among them all. In the opening act for the weekly Late Models at the 5/8-mile highbanked speedway in eastern Connecticut, Kulwicki Driver Development Program (KDDP) semi-finalist Derek Gluchacki walked away triumphant in the race of the night that saw unmatched competition and thrilling moves throughout the field.
Grandview Speedway Ready For Opening Night This Saturday April 8
BECHTELSVILLE, PA. – After waiting an extra week to open the season, Grandview Speedway is ready to start the 2023 season in a big way.
A very special Opening Night program will be presented honoring the late race track owner and promoter Bruce Rogers. The event will be the 6th annual VP Racing Fuels Bruce Rogers Memorial Money Maker, featuring Big Block/Small Block Modifieds racing in a 50-lap feature with the winner pocketing $7500, and the race paying $1000 to take the green flag. Grandview Speedway Completes Successful Practice, Ready For Opening Night April 1
BECHTELSVILLE, PA. – Grandview Speedway kick started the 2023 race season with an open test and tune session Thursday evening and is now all set for Opening Night on Saturday, April 1.
The pit area was busy, as 78 cars participated in Thursday night’s open practice, which was held on a week night after the original practice date this past Saturday was washed away by rain.
