J.P. Sicard Championship Night Signals the Beginning of the End at WMMP

N. Woodstock, NH — As Saturday approaches, so does the beginning of the end of the 2022 season with the closing of the first championship. After two stellar rounds already this season, the J.P. Sicard Flying Tiger Triple Crown Series will be determined by the final event this Saturday, August 13th. After simply dominating the last five, yes five, extra-distance Wells River Chevrolet Flying Tiger events at White Mountain, it’s Shane Sicard’s championship to lose, and that isn’t entirely out of the question. Since 1971, Grandview Speedway management has been paying tribute to Forrest Rogers, the man who had the dream of building his own racetrack, then with the help of his son Bruce and the rest of the family, made the dream come true in building and operating the one-third-of-a-mile high-banked racetrack on the hill in Bechtelsville, Pa. known to all as Grandview Speedway. Owen Grennan And Sean Glennon Top Wednesday Night Miller Lite Triple Crown Series Events At Riverhead Raceway.

The work week was broken up for Long Island race fans with a special midweek program at Riverhead Raceway Wednesday evening with eight feature event presented including a School Bus Demolition Derby. Owen Grennan of Glen Cove topped the 40-lap Eagle Auto Mall Crate Modified event for his third win of 2022, while Sean Glennon of Northport scored his third Super Pro Truck win of the season in a 30-lap tilt. Both races were the second for each class in the Miller Lite Triple Crown Series and were originally schedule for July 16th before being rained out. (more…)

Tyler Reddick Joined The Action At Lee USA Speedway on Friday Night

Reddick, fresh off his first career Cup win earlier this month at Road America was making his first ever start in a Pro Stock on asphalt.
