All-Star Race weekend at North Wilkesboro Speedway is poised to be one of the most significant in the history of the zMAX CARS Tour.

When Late Model Stocks take the green flag for the Window World 100, they will do so under the national spotlight for the first time. FS1 is providing live flag-to-flag coverage of the CARS Late Model Stock Car Tour at North Wilkesboro in a collaborative effort with FloRacing, which will still broadcast qualifying and the 75-lap Pro Late Model race.

  • North Wilkesboro Speedway will honor Wood Brothers Racing during the 2025 NASCAR All-Star Race, celebrating the team’s 75th year.
  • Two generations of the Wood family will participate in race-day ceremonies, with Len Wood serving as honorary starter, Eddie Wood as honorary pace car driver and Jon Wood delivering the command to start engines alongside former Wood Brothers Racing driver Michael Waltrip.
  • Josh Berry, current driver of the legendary No. 21 Wood Brothers Ford, will drive a special throwback paint scheme honoring Michael Waltrip’s 1996 All-Star Race win. The 1996 win at Charlotte Motor Speedway is the only Wood Brothers Racing victory in the 40-year history of the All-Star Race.
  • 1995 NASCAR CRAFSTMAN Truck Series Champion Mike Skinner will serve as Grand Marshal for Saturday’s Window World 250 at North Wilkesboro Speedway, returning to the spotlight nearly 30 years after capturing the inaugural series title

NORTH WILKESBORO, N.C. (May 13, 2025) – As Wood Brothers Racing celebrates their 75th year in 2025, North Wilkesboro Speedway will honor the team with dignitary roles for the NASCAR All-Star Race on May 18. Founded in 1950 by brothers Glenn and Leonard Wood, the oldest active NASCAR team has participated in races at the historic facility since 1957, shortly after the track was paved for the first time.

2025 NASCAR Cup Series Entry List for All-Star Race

The NASCAR Cup Series pauses regular-season action for the star-studded 2025 All-Star Race scheduled Sunday at the iconic North Wilkesboro Speedway (8 p.m. ET, FS1, MRN Radio, SiriusXM NASCAR Radio).

On Monday, a late entrant in the field was revealed as Harrison Burton will pilot the No. 51 Rick Ware Racing Ford in the main event. The 24-year-old driver, currently racing full-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series for AM Racing, triumphed at Daytona International Speedway last August for his first career Cup Series win and Wood Brothers Racing’s 100th victory in NASCAR’s premier series. Now, Burton will have the opportunity to perhaps leave his winning mark once again.

Before the 2025 All-Star Race on Sunday (8 p.m. ET, FS1, MRN Radio, SiriusXM NASCAR Radio), NASCAR Cup Series drivers not locked into the main event will do battle at the iconic North Wilkesboro Speedway in the All-Star Open (5:30 p.m. ET, FS1, MRN Radio, SiriusXM NASCAR Radio).

Noah Gragson is one of 18 drivers slated to participate in the All-Star Open. Gragson has won the All-Star Fan Vote each of the last two seasons and currently ranks inside the top five in votes for this year’s running; cast your ballot before the polls close Saturday at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Two-time Cup Series champion Kyle Busch is scheduled to run the No. 07 Spire Motorsports Chevrolet, while Xfinity Series regular Sammy Smith pilots the No. 7 entry this weekend.
