N. Woodstock, NH — Barton, VT’s Shane Sicard showed why he’s a three-time defending White Mountain Motorsports Park champion with a dominating victory in the J.P. Sicard Triple Crown Series on Saturday, May 8. Sicard took the lead from Marshfield, VT’s Matthew Potter on lap 6 of the 75-lap Wells River Chevrolet Flying Tiger feature and cruised to the win as part of the 29th White Mountain Season Opener. WALPOLE, N.H. — Bryan Kruczek passed the entire field — at least twice — en route to his first career Granite State Pro Stock Series win at Star Speedway on Saturday, May 8. Kruczek, who was fastest in time trials and won his heat race, started seventh — but had to go to the rear on at least two different occasions. The Bobby Webber Racing driver didn’t let that slow him down, as he took the Vynorius No. 19 into Victory Lane in the third GSPSS race of the season, the Hedges Excavating 100. (more…)
As NASCAR teams and fans celebrate the past this weekend at Darlington Raceway, the Tour-type Modified teams of the Southeast are getting a similar and slightly-impromptu chance to do the same this Saturday at an old hot spot for Modified racing.
With Bowman Gray Stadium’s 2021 Opening Day being pushed to June 5, the SMART Modified Tour has stepped up once again this year, as the tour will head into Virginia for the second time this season, this time to historic Franklin County Speedway. (more…)
