— Race of Champions “Family of Series” to Return to Shangri-La II Speedway in 2026 —
Owego, NY (January 26, 2026) — Race of Champions management, along with Ray Hodge and Shangri-La II Speedway management, is pleased to announce that the Race of Champions “Family of Series” will return to Shangri-La II Speedway during the 2026 season with four (4) events scheduled at the Owego, NY facility.
Williamson, NY (January 26, 2026) — Race of Champions management is pleased to announce it will once again lease Spencer Speedway for six (6) events during the 2026 season at the Route 104, half-mile speedplant.
Opening night is scheduled for Friday, May 22, followed by additional events on Friday, June 5; Friday, July 10; Friday, July 31; Friday, August 14; and Friday, September 4, 2026. An open practice is tentatively planned for Friday, May 15.
With only three regular season NASCAR Cup Series races remaining to decide which 16 drivers will compete in the 2025 Playoffs, the intensity is picking up and Sunday’s Go Bowling at The Glen (2 p.m. ET on USA Network, MRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio) road course event will undoubtedly be full of the kind of action expected at this point in the season.
The question is whether a driver currently below the Playoff cut line lands the ultimate big moment and claims the win Sunday?
