The father-son duo will compete in the Am class, piloting the No. 413 BMW M4 GT4 EVO in the upcoming doubleheader weekend. This event marks a new chapter for both the Lumsdens and the Flying Lizard organization, as the team sets the foundation for the pair to explore GT4 competition.

The Trans Am Series presented by Pirelli has announced a new racing class for the 2025 season. Named TA Cup, the class will utilize high-performance spec tube-frame vehicles with silhouette bodies, which will be eligible for competition in the Western Championship, as well as in the National Championship under the Pick 6 Challenge. Pirelli has extended its presence in Formula 1 as Global Tire Partner, after Formula 1© and the FIA (Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile) accepted the Italian tire firm’s offer for the three-year period from 2025 to 2027. There is also the additional option, from the FIA and FOM, to prolong the partnership for a further season.
