Mike here… my auto racing and motorsports interests are so much more than just stock car racing… MUCH more. I have come to love the sound of a certain manufacturer’s 5 cylinder engine almost as much as a nicely-cammed muscle car V8. And 10 cylinders? Twice as nice.

SONOMA, Cali., (October 4, 2022) – The 2022 season for the Porsche Sprint Challenge North America by Yokohama concluded last weekend at Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas, and professional sports car racing team Flying Lizard Motorsports finished the year proudly adding two more driver and two more team championship titles to the team’s illustrious resume. BATAVIA, Ohio., (September 26, 2022) – Following a successful weekend at Sebring International Raceway where Porsche customer racing team Wright Motorsports returned to victory lane and kept the championship lead in the Fanatec GT World Challenge America powered by AWS, the fight for the title heads to Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
SEBRING, Fla., (September 26, 2022) – The penultimate event of the Fanatec GT World Challenge America powered by AWS kept competitors and race fans guessing all weekend long, but the consistency of Wright Motorsports never faltered. With a third-place finish and a win in the pair of races by driver pairing Jan Heyelen and Charlie Luck, the team momentarily lost the championship points lead, but gained it back as the weekend came to a close. Mannheim, Germany (February 16, 2022) – Porsche Penske Motorsport announced today that they are actively seeking team members to fill numerous roles in its Mannheim, Germany-based race shop in preparation for the debut of the Porsche Penske Motorsport program beginning in 2023.
