BECHTELSVILLE, PA. – Grandview Speedway continues to prepare for a brand-new race season this Saturday, March 29 by holding an open practice to help kick start the 2025 season.
Saturday, March 29 will be the traditional free-to-the-public practice session open to all racing divisions. Drivers will have the opportunity to test their reworked or brand-new equipment for the new season before competition officially begins next week. Race fans will have the opportunity to come out and see their favorite drivers for the first time and check out their new cars for the new campaign. (more…)

BECHTELSVILLE, PA. – Continuing a tradition that began over three decades ago in 1992, Grandview Speedway will once again be part of the NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series for the upcoming 2025 racing season.
Being sanctioned under the NASCAR umbrella, the 2025 race season will be the 34th consecutive year that Grandview Speedway participants will be enjoying the benefits of being NASCAR Weekly Series members. Benefits include racing for the NASCAR point fund money which is available for the National, Regional, State and Track championships, as well as the great insurance coverage provided by NASCAR. Here are the Thursday results from pre-race practice for the 2025 ARCA 200 race from Daytona International Speedway. Speeds ranged from 150 to 183.292 mph. Amber Balcaen topped the practice chart, followed by Chase Pinsonneault.

TEMPERANCE, Mich. (January 8, 2025) – Four-time Indianapolis 500 winner Helio Castroneves and IMSA WeatherTech Sportscar Championship ace Katherine Legge headline an entry list that features 77 drivers spread among 42 cars at the annual ARCA Menards Series Pre-Race Practice at Daytona International Speedway. The two-day session is scheduled for Thursday and Friday, January 9 and 10, with Saturday, January 11 reserved as a rain date.
Three National Series Move to Simplified Starting Lineup Process; DAYTONA 500 Pre-Qualifying Practice Added to Weekend Schedule
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (Dec. 12, 2024) – NASCAR today announced that its three national series – the NASCAR Cup Series, NASCAR Xfinity Series and NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series – will adjust the practice and qualifying (P&Q) procedures for the 2025 season. The updated P&Q schedule will include more practice time, consistency in procedure across all three series and a return to simplified starting lineup rules. With the exception of the superspeedway events, each qualifying session will be one round, with each vehicle’s starting position determined solely by its qualifying results.
Bad news for defending Snowball Derby winner Ty Majeski. A chunk of asphalt came off the track and damaged his car. The NASCAR Truck Series champion is looking to become the second three-time winner in the history of the race.
The track at Five Flags Speedway has cracks and character. Unfortunately, too much character. A piece of the track did damage to the nose and duct work of the No. 91 according to Matt Weaver of Sportsnaut. (more…)
