BRASELTON, Georgia (September 26, 2023) – From Road America to Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta to this weekend’s Rennsport Reunion 7, Historic Sportscar Racing (HSR) is full-speed ahead in a three-week and coast-to-coast race stretch that is one of busiest runs of consecutive races in the sanctioning body’s nearly 50-year history. Championship Weekend To Close Out Riverhead Raceway Regular Season Saturday & Sunday

The washout over the past weekend has set-up a Championship Weekend doubleheader at Riverhead Raceway this Saturday September 30th and Sunday October 1st. Saturday evening six NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Seines champions will officially be named, while Sunday afternoon finds two Bock Auto INEX Bandolero and five Enduro 2023 champions crowned. The busy racing weekend closes out the regular season before the 7th annual Islip 300 unfolds at the quarter mile oval on Saturday November 11th.

USAC Sprints Set For Final Circle City (Indy) Visit In 2023 Friday Night

Dominating Performance Nets Kyle Ellwood Sweep Of Celebrating Chris Young Twin 49’s At Riverhead Raceway

The pairing of NASCAR Modified talent Kyle Ellwood of Riverhead and car owner Ken Matlach came about first week of July when Dillon Steuer could not run the Matlach Motorsports car due to dirt racing commitments. Saturday the new pairing dominated the Celebrating Chris Young Twin 49’s setting fast time and then winning both feature events for Ellwood’s second and third victories of 2023. By sweeping the two races, Ellwood earned $1,000 from the Highmark Building Efficiency Clean Sweep bonus.

Celebrating Chris Young Twin 49’s Set For Riverhead Raceway NASCAR Modifieds Saturday

A busy month of September for the NASCAR Modifieds of the Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series of Riverhead Raceway intensifies this Saturday September 9th when the Celebrating Chris Young Twin 49’s go to post. Originally slated for July 29th, inclement weather pushed the Twin 49’s to Saturday, joining the Sara Sylvester INEX Legend Race Cars National Qualifier 50.

Justin Brown Prevails At Riverhead Raceway For Second NASCAR Modified Win Of 2023

When one of the most hotly contested NASCAR Modified events at Riverhead Raceway concluded Saturday night, Justin Brown of Manorville, who moved to the lead with seven laps left in the 50-lap event took home the victory in the Optimum Presents a Salute to First Responders feature event. Brown came out on top of a torrid three car tussle to claim his second win of 2023, third of his career.

Live Pit Stops Return For Eddie Partridge 256 NASCAR Whelen Modified Stop At Riverhead Raceway September 16th.

Andrew Farnham, Mason Goodale & Will Sipala Share Back To School Victory Lane Wednesday At Riverhead Raceway

A large and enthusiastic crowd looked on Wednesday night as Riverhead Raceway presented the annual Back to School Monster Truck spectacular. Prior to the car crushing mayhem, Andrew Farnham of Baldwin won his second Mini Stock event of 2023, while Mason Goodale scored his second win of the season in the 15-lap Bock Auto INEX Bandolero feature. The 15-lap Bock Auto INEX Bandolero Outlaw 15-lap event fell to Will Sipala of Manorville, he also enjoying a second win on the season.

Timmy Solomito Remains Perfect At Riverhead Raceway After Taking $6,326 Bubba 150 Victory Saturday

Timmy Solomito of Islip remained perfect with the NASCAR Modifieds of Riverhead Raceway in 2023, after he powered his way to a $6,326 payday winning The Bubba 150 Saturday. With the triumph Solomito moves to 15th on the Riverhead Raceway win list with 23 victories.
