Turbush Wins Bubba 150 Victory Saturday At Riverhead Raceway
When racing gives you lemons, you make lemonade. That is exactly what Chris Turbush of Wading River did Saturday night at Riverhead Raceway capturing his first career NASCAR Modified victory in spectacular fashion. Turbush was penalized earlier in the race for rough driving after contact with another competitor. Instead of throwing in the towel Turbush and his team pulled up their boot straps went to work and drove back to the front for the win. (more…)
Jason Agugliaro Returns To Riverhead Raceway NASCAR Modified Victory Lane Saturday After Six Year Absence
Entering the 2022 NASCAR Modified race season at Riverhead Raceway, Jason Agugliaro of Islip was working to put together his own race car but knew he’d get a very late start to his season. Enter car owner Joe Ambrose who had a seat available in his potent machine and Saturday night the new pairing found victory lane winning the 50-lap feature event. NASCAR Cup Series Prepares For Round 2 At Richmond Raceway
For the second time this season, the NASCAR Cup Series will head to Richmond Raceway for some Sunday afternoon side-by-side short track action in the Federated Auto Parts 400 on August 14 at 3 p.m. ET (USA, MRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio). Only three races remain in the 2022 regular season (Richmond, Watkins Glen and Daytona) to decide the 16-driver Playoff field and for the first-time in the elimination-style format of Playoffs (2014-2022), the series has produced 15 different winners leaving just one spot still open on points. Despite being under the weather during the week, Dylan Slepian of Dix Hills felt just fine Saturday at Riverhead Raceway once strapped into his NASCAR Modified. He felt even better at the end of 50-laps after executing a late race outside pass of Jack Handley Jr. of Medford to score his second win of the season.

Owen Grennan And Sean Glennon Top Wednesday Night Miller Lite Triple Crown Series Events At Riverhead Raceway.
The work week was broken up for Long Island race fans with a special midweek program at Riverhead Raceway Wednesday evening with eight feature event presented including a School Bus Demolition Derby. Owen Grennan of Glen Cove topped the 40-lap Eagle Auto Mall Crate Modified event for his third win of 2022, while Sean Glennon of Northport scored his third Super Pro Truck win of the season in a 30-lap tilt. Both races were the second for each class in the Miller Lite Triple Crown Series and were originally schedule for July 16th before being rained out. (more…)
NASCAR Camping World Trucks: GMS Racing’s Grant Enfinger Jumps Out Front With Victory In Playoff Opener
Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park’s first NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race in 11 years did not disappoint. Tasked with opening the 2022 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Playoffs, the 0.686-mile flat paved track located just outside Indianapolis, Indiana produced some stellar side-by-side racing that went into overtime ultimately naming Grant Enfinger of GMS Racing the victor.
