Rackley W.A.R. Relocating From Tennessee To North Carolina

Rackley W.A.R. announced today that it will be moving its entire team operations from the current shop in Tennessee to North Carolina during the 2024 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series offseason. The move comes at the conclusion of the organization’s fourth full-time season competing in the Truck Series.

Moving into the GMS Fabrication Building in Statesville, NC offers expanded workspaces to improve efficiency in the shop day-to-day. It also puts the team closer to its resources and partners, including chassis builders and parts suppliers for not only its Truck Series team but also the late model program. (more…)

NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series Kicks Off Doubleheader Saturday in South Florida

The NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series returns to Homestead-Miami Speedway for the Baptist Health 200, the second race of the Round of 8, on Saturday, October 26 at 12 p.m. ET on FS1, MRN, and SiriusXM Radio – the first of a two-race slate with the NASCAR Xfinity Series later that afternoon (4 p.m. ET).

The 1.5-mile oval South Florida track, Homestead-Miami Speedway, has hosted 27 NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series races since its inaugural Truck Series event on March 17, 1996 – a race won by Dave Rezendes piloting the No. 7 Geoffrey Bodine Motorsports Ford.

Rackley W.A.R. Names Dawson Sutton Full-Time NASCAR Truck Series Driver for 2025

Sutton Expected to Drive the No. 26 NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series (NCTS) Entry

LAS VEGAS, NV (Oct. 17, 2024) – In an announcement from Las Vegas Motor Speedway (LVMS) this afternoon, Rackley W.A.R. confirmed that Dawson Sutton will be the team’s full-time driver for the 2025 NCTS race season beginning at Daytona International Speedway in February.

Dawson is expected to wheel the No. 26 for Rackley Roofing Company, Inc. and W.A.R. Shocks. In addition to being the team’s second truck entry, the No. 26 has been Sutton’s number since the start of his driving career in U.S. Legends and throughout his Pro and Super Late Model success. What’s more is the number holds the sentiment of team co-owner Willie Allen, who ran the same number throughout most of his Late Model driving career. (more…)

Leading a race-high 82 laps, McAnally-Hilgemann Racing’s Christian Eckes survived some late race overtime chaos to take the win in Darlington Raceway last weekend. (January 25, 2021)—Rackley W.A.R., co-owned by Willie Allen and Curtis Sutton, announced today that their newly-formed team will field the No. 25 Chevrolet Silverado in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) with driver Timothy Peters. The team will begin full-time series competition at the Daytona (Fla.) International Speedway.
