Chalk up another one for Rico Abreu.

It’s been a dream season for the St. Helena, CA native, and he’s got no intentions of letting his foot off the gas as 2025 winds down.

Abreu entered World of Outlaws World Finals week with a nation-leading 20 Sprint Car victories this year. One thing lacking from his résumé was a win at North Carolina’s The Dirt Track at Charlotte with the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Cars. He’d been close with a trio of runner-ups including one in his most recent appearance, but he doesn’t have to be the bridesmaid anymore.

BECHTELSVILLE, PA (May 20, 2025) — The NAPA Auto Parts Thunder on the Hill Racing Series delivered once again Tuesday night at Grandview Speedway with Levan Machine & Truck Equipment presenting the RichMar Florist Kubota High Limit 410 Sprint Car Series. And it was another heart stopper as Rico Abreu held off a last lap challenge from Brad Sweet to take the win.  It was California’s Rico Abreu who celebrated in Victory Lane – claiming his fourth win of the season with the Kubota High Limit Racing Series and a $20,000 payday in front of an incredible crowd.

ST. HELENA, Calif. (February 24, 2022) – Effective immediately, Rowdy Energy Drink, the enhanced hydration formula energy drink created by two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion Kyle Busch, has announced it will extend its partnership with St. Helena, California’s Rico Abreu/Curb Agajanian Racing (RAR) through the 2022 season. The team will make their new year debut during World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series starts at Cotton Bowl Speedway in Paige, Texas, on Friday and Saturday, March 4-5.
