Flying Lizard Motorsports Awarded Crew of the Year, Rookie of the Year at SRO America Finale

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind., (October 8, 2024) – Sunday evening in Indianapolis at the SRO America end-of-the-year awards banquet, Flying Lizard Motorsports concluded their three-series championship efforts with the prestigious award of GT3 Crew of the Year, also with driver Damir Hot receiving the Rookie of the Year award.

“Running multiple cars in multiple classes made for an extremely busy 2024 season,” said Program Manager Darren Law. “Although we did not come away with a championship this year, we had multiple podiums and have great momentum as we go into the offseason. We already have a busy winter testing schedule set up and look forward to the start of the 2025 season.” (more…)

Third Generation Driver Austin Goff Set to Duel For SK Light Rookie Honors at Stafford Speedway

(Stafford Springs, CT)—When the green flag falls on the 2024 SK Light season at Stafford Speedway, third generation driver Austin Goff will kick off his first full year of competition. Goff is the son of Aaron Goff and the grandson of Jay Goff, who have both previously piloted the same green and black #07 A+ Fire Protection car that Austin will be behind the wheel of this season. The entire family is excited for Austin to get his rookie campaign started.

Massachusetts Makes it a Two State Race in ACT Rookie of the Year Battle

Barre, VT — The American-Canadian Tour received two new additions to the 2024 roster on Monday with two Bay Staters looking to tackle the ACT Rookie of the Year title fight this season. Westfield’s Jeremy Sorel and Orange’s Cole Littlewood are both looking to bring the 2024 rookie honors home to Massachusetts this season but they’ll have to go through a powerful pair of Green Mountain Boys in Kasey Beattie and Kaiden Fisher to accomplish the feat! Despite his lack of real world experience, Raymond piloted his #49 The Barn Package Store machine to 2 top-5 and 5 top-10 finishes with a season best finish of 3^rd to finish the season in 8^th place in the standings.
