Chalk up another one for Rico Abreu.

It’s been a dream season for the St. Helena, CA native, and he’s got no intentions of letting his foot off the gas as 2025 winds down.

Abreu entered World of Outlaws World Finals week with a nation-leading 20 Sprint Car victories this year. One thing lacking from his résumé was a win at North Carolina’s The Dirt Track at Charlotte with the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Cars. He’d been close with a trio of runner-ups including one in his most recent appearance, but he doesn’t have to be the bridesmaid anymore.

General Welding Supply Partnership Ups November 11th Riverhead Raceway Crate Modified Win To $2500, Rules Package Disclosed
The Eagle Chevrolet Crate Modifieds will get in on the richest weekend at Riverhead Raceway when they compete in the General Welding Supply Corp. 50 event during the Islip 300 program. The race winner will walk off with a cool $2,500, largest ever for a Crate Modified victory at the historic quarter mile. Director of Technical Inspection Randy Murray also disclosed the rules package for the event in an effort to draw other GM 602 Crate Modifieds in the Northeast.

Nearly 16 years to the day, JR Bertuccio of Centereach returned to NASCAR Modified victory lane Saturday when he led wire to wire in a non-stop 50-lap feature at Riverhead Raceway. Rising driving talent Chase Grennan of Glen Cove scored a clean sweep in the Eagle Chevrolet 100 for the Crate Modifieds for his third win of 2023 after setting fast time in qualifying.

Grandview Speedway Announces Rules Update, Season Passes Available For Christmas Gifts

BECHTELSVILLE, PA. – Track officials from Grandview Speedway just completed a review of track rules and procedures and are releasing information regarding the results of that recent meeting.
