Feature wins were notched by Michael Christopher, Jr. in the SK Modified® feature, Adam Gray in the Late Model feature, Nickolas Hovey in the SK Light feature, Travis Hydar in the Limited Late Model feature, and Jason Raymond in the Street Stock feature. Track champions for the 2025 season are Jon Puleo in the SK Modified® division, Paul Varricchio, Jr. in the Late Model division, Meghan Fuller in the SK Light division, Travis Hydar in the Limited Late Model division, and Travis Downey in the Street Stock division.

(Stafford Springs, CT)— Stafford Speedway hosted Maybury Back to SKool Kids night with Kids Big Wheel Races on Friday, September 26th. Michael Christopher, Jr. was the SK Modified® feature winner, Bryan Narducci won the Late Model feature, Nick Anglace took the SK Light feature, Jeremy Lavoie won the Limited Late Model feature, and Jason Raymond was a first time career winner in the Street Stock feature. The kids big wheel races were won by Levi Aszklar and Maisy Washburn.
Red Hot Riely O’Keefe Pockets $2,750 INEX Legend Race Car Score With Riverhead Raceway Sara Sylvester 50 National Qualifier Triumph
Red hot defending INEX Legend Race Car champion Riely O’Keefe of Manorville continued his hot streak Saturday winning his fifth event in since mid-July at Riverhead Raceway, but this one was very special, as well as lucrative. Not only did Riely lead all 50-laps of the Sara Sylvester INEX Legend Race Car National Qualifier 50, O’Keefe accomplished the fete in a car owned by Sara’s brother Jim Sylvester, with whom he’s won five races since July 12th. Saturday’s race was the richest ever for the Legends at Riverhead with O’Keefe earning $2,750 for his efforts.

(Stafford Springs, CT)—Stafford Speedway hosted USNE First Responder Friday on September 12th with the TC 13 Shootout joining Stafford’s five weekly divisions in feature action. The SK Modified® division ran their regularly scheduled 40-lap feature as well as the 3rd Annual TC 13 Shootout, a 13 lap race contested between the top-13 finishers from the 40-lap feature. Michael Christopher, Jr. was the big winner of the night taking home the TC 13 Shootout trophy and the $1,313 to win TC 13 Shootout.
Chris Meyer Wins Paradiso Insurance Late Model 50 at Stafford; Flynn, Hovey, Hydar, & Gleason Also Score Wins
(Stafford Springs, CT)—Stafford Speedway returned to weekly racing action with the Late Model division taking center stage with their extra distance Paradiso Insurance Late Model 50 feature event on Friday night, September 5th. Chris Meyer was the big winner of the night by winning the Paradiso Insurance Late Model 50. Meyer had the car of Chris Buffone right behind him for roughly the final 35 laps and Buffone actually took the lead from Meyer coming to the white flag, but Meyer was able to retake the lead on the final lap and win the race. Other winners on the night were Mikey Flynn in the SK Modified® feature, Nickolas Hovey in the SK Light feature, Travis Hydar in the Limited Late Model feature, and Brent Gleason in the Street Stock feature.

A combination of chamber of commerce weather coupled with a School Bus Demolition Derby drew a standing room only crowd to Riverhead Raceway Saturday evening for another exciting race program. Eric Hersey of Commack led the NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series winners when he topped the 25-lap Eagle Chevrolet Crate Modified feature. The large turnout was confirmed as the largest since Eddie & Connie Partridge & Tom Gatz began operating the historic venue in 2016 after purchasing it in 2015.

Marcello Rufrano was the big winner of the night, outlasting Keith Rocco and Steven Chapman to pick up his first SK Modified® feature win of the 2025 season in an absolutely thrilling race. Other winners on the night were Kevin Gambacorta in the Late Model feature, Josh Morrison in the SK Light feature, Gary Patnode in the Limited Late Model feature, and Shawn Monahan in the Street Stock feature.

It was another night to remember Saturday night at Grandview Speedway, with intense and exciting racing all night long, and after the final checkered flag waved, Jared Umbenhaur of Richland, Pa. was able to score the victory in the 30-lap T.P. Trailer Modified main event, while Dylan Swinehart of Fleetwood, Pa. pulled of a last lap, last corner pass to win the 25-lap T.P. Truck Equipment Sportsman feature race.

Troy Talman held off a fierce challenge from Keith Rocco to score his first SK Modified® win of the season, Adam Gray was a first time 2025 winner in the Late Model feature, Nick Anglace notched his second win of the season in the SK Light feature, Matt Winter was a first time 2025 winner in the Limited Late Model feature, and Aaron Plemons took down his fifth win of the season in the Street Stock feature.

BECHTELSVILLE, PA. – Following a season filled with misfortune, heartaches and some bad racing luck, along with a lot of hard work, two drivers were able to break the ice and score their first win of the season in another night of entertaining racing action on Saturday night at Grandview Speedway.
Tim Buckwalter of Douglassville, Pa. was able to win out on a back and forth lead swapping duel with Matt Yoder of Benton, Pa., taking the lead with just six laps remaining, to pick up his first win of the season in the 30-lap T.P. Trailer Modified feature event, and in the process score his fourth career Grandview Speedway win.
