(Stafford Springs, CT)— Stafford Speedway hosted Maybury Back to SKool Kids night with Kids Big Wheel Races on Friday, September 26th. Michael Christopher, Jr. was the SK Modified® feature winner, Bryan Narducci won the Late Model feature, Nick Anglace took the SK Light feature, Jeremy Lavoie won the Limited Late Model feature, and Jason Raymond was a first time career winner in the Street Stock feature. The kids big wheel races were won by Levi Aszklar and Maisy Washburn.
NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs Continue From Kansas Speedway This Sunday, Sept. 28, At 3 P.M. ET On USA Network
STAMFORD, Conn. – Sept. 25, 2025 – NBC Sports’ presentation of the NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs continue this weekend with the Hollywood Casino 400, beginning this Sunday, Sept. 28, from Kansas Speedway in Kansas City, Kan., at 3 p.m. ET on USA Network. Live pre-race coverage on USA Network begins at 2:30 p.m. ET with Countdown to Green.
The second of three races in the Round of 12, this Sunday’s race will see the winning driver clinch their spot into the Round of 8. The last four drivers at the bottom of the playoff standings will be eliminated at the conclusion of the final Round of 12 race next week on Oct. 5 in Charlotte.

The ASA Midwest Tour makes its return to Elko Speedway this coming Saturday night, September 20 for the Thunderstruck 93, a race that honors Dan Ryan, Sr., who passed away in 2009 after a 3-year battle with ALS. (Stafford Springs, CT)—Stafford Speedway hosted USNE First Responder Friday on September 12th with the TC 13 Shootout joining Stafford’s five weekly divisions in feature action. The SK Modified® division ran their regularly scheduled 40-lap feature as well as the 3rd Annual TC 13 Shootout, a 13 lap race contested between the top-13 finishers from the 40-lap feature. Michael Christopher, Jr. was the big winner of the night taking home the TC 13 Shootout trophy and the $1,313 to win TC 13 Shootout.

Puleo, Gray, Chapman, Hammann, & Hydar Score Sept. 27 Weekly Racing Wins at Stafford; Tyler Chapman Clinches SK Light Track Championship
(Stafford Springs, CT)—Stafford Speedway hosted its penultimate Weekly Racing event of the 2024 season on Friday, Sept. 27. Taking down feature wins on the night were Jon Puleo in the SK Modified® feature, Adam Gray in the Late Model feature, Tyler Chapman in the SK Light feature, Rich Hammann in the Limited Late Model feature, and Travis Hydar in the Street Stock feature. Champan’s SK Light victory, his ninth of the season, enabled him to clinch the 2024 SK Light track championship.
In the 40-lap SK Modified® feature, Anthony Flannery led the field to green and he took the early lead but the field was only able to complete one lap before the caution flew for Ethan Durocher, who came to a stop on the frontstretch grass with damage to his right front suspension. (more…)
