Stafford Speedway officials have announced over $130,000 in prize money including $15,000 to win the 50th Spring Sizzler® and $3,500 to win each of the NAPA Duel qualifying events.

Martinsville gave us all we could want in a cut off race and more. The two drivers that led the most laps are moving on, but they didn’t win. A non-championship driver and three time race winner, not a hack, stayed competitive and saw a chance to win at the end and went for it. Lap after lap Alex Bowman and Denny Hamlin raced hard side by side before Bowman got lose after driving his car in too deep and sent Hamlin spinning. (more…)

The Haunted Hundred spectacular returns to the Massachusetts third-mile for another year, but this is definitely the biggest one yet. The stars of the Tri Track Open Modified Series, Pro All Star Series and American-Canadian Tour will all connect at Seekonk, each set to crown their champions as part of the afternoon showcase. Barre, VT — Barre’s Jason Corliss made Thunder Road history by capturing his fifth Maplewood/Irving Oil Late Model win of the season at Jet Service Envelope/Accura Printing Night on Thursday, August 26. Corliss snatched the lead from Orange’s Chip Grenier with 14 laps to, then outlasted a charge by Montpelier’s Kyle Pembroke down the homestretch in front of one of the season’s largest crowds.
