After Historic Flooding and Central Vermont Rebuild, SRX Set for July 18, 2024 Thunder Road Debut

Barre, VT — The Central Vermont area has been steadily rebuilding since devastating flooding in July of 2023 wreaked havoc across the region. While work continues, many homes have been repaired, many businesses reopened and now another light at the end of the tunnel approaches. The Superstar Racing Experience (SRX) Series is ready to make its Thunder Road debut on Thursday, July 18 to not only bring some of the world’s greatest racers to Barre, Vermont, but also to celebrate the strength and resilience of the people of Vermont. Stage Is Set: NASCAR Xfinity Series Championship 4 Drivers Are Ready For Phoenix

The moment we’ve all been waiting for is here – Championship Weekend. The NASCAR Xfinity Series wrapped up the Round of 8 last weekend at Martinsville Speedway with a win by JR Motorsports’ Justin Allgaier and will now head to Phoenix Raceway to crown a new Xfinity Series champion. Four drivers – Sam Mayer, Justin Allgaier, John Hunter Nemechek and Cole Custer – will vie for the title on Saturday, November 4 at 7 p.m. ET on the USA Network, the NBC Sports App, MRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio.

Barre, VT & Naples, ME — Officials from the American-Canadian Tour (ACT) and Pro All Stars Series (PASS) announced today that the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour will visit Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park for three events in 2024 during the famed oval’s 85th season of stock car racing. 2024 marks the fifth season that the ACT and PASS organizations have co-promoted the 5/8-mile oval at Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park and they welcome the nationally renowned NASCAR Touring Series back to the track that started it all once again in the coming season.
