Ten Standout Classics From One Collection To Be Auctioned
  • Ten superb classics from one private collection are going under the hammer with H&H Classics on Wednesday 21st May
  • The cars from the ‘Loch Lomond Collection’ date from the 1950s, 60s and 70s with the oldest dating from 1950 and the highest estimated to fetch between £140,000-£160,000
  • The ‘Peaks Sale’ takes place at the Pavilion Gardens in Buxton and classics from the collection include five desirable Jaguars

A private, Scottish-based collection of ten appealing classics from the 1950s, 60s and 70s will go under the hammer with H&H Classics at its ‘Peaks Sale’ in Buxton, Derbyshire, on Wednesday 21st May.

Called the ‘Loch Lomond Collection’, the models on offer were hand-picked by the collector over several years with condition typically being the determining factor behind his purchases.

Johnston Memorial Park was a great host for the decades we were there and our appreciation to them for allowing us to use this beautiful park. We have moved the show to the Masonic Youth Center, 116 Long Street, Warwick, RI. This move was needed as the show has outgrown the previous location. At our last show there were over 450 vehicles in attendance! Rest assured everything else remains the same. It still remains a benefit for the Johnston Little league and of course, it would not be the same without CrusinBruce as our DJ.

  • Sir Elton John’s star appeal was clear to see with his formerly owned Aston Martin DB7 selling for much higher than anticipated
  • The auction achieved combined total sales of some £2m, with an anticipated sale rate of over 70 percent once the post auction deals have been concluded
