Nikolay Gryazin is a five-time winner in the FIA European Rally Championship (ERC) following his start-to-finish victory on the 42nd Rally Sierra Morena – Córdoba Patrimonio de la Humanidad.
Yoann Bonato is on top of a thrilling battle for first place on Rally Islas Canarias, completing leg one of the FIA European Rally Championship counter leading by a mere 0.3sec.
Bonato, behind the wheel of a Citroën C3 Rally2 on Michelin tyres, charged in front on this morning’s first stage by demoting overnight leader Hayden Paddon.

The flying Frenchman, armed with a Michelin-equipped Citroën C3 Rally2, was sensational throughout Friday’s six sealed-surface stages that totalled 88.72 kilometres and proved a tough task for the ERC regulars and their Spanish championship counterparts.
Škoda Motorsport has suspended the build of any more Fabia Rally2 evos and will not be accepting any new orders due to supply-chain issues associated with the coronavirus pandemic. (more…)
