LANCASTER, N.Y. – Granite State Pro Stock Series (GSPSS) and Lancaster Motorplex officials announced today that the Pro Stocks will help headline the Sunday portion of the US Open weekend at the oval on Sunday, September 24, 2023. The event, scheduled for 100 laps, will also mark the eighth and final on the GSPSS calendar for the 2023 season, where the champion will be crowned.
Seekonk Speedway announced today a jam-packed 2023 schedule of events as the track gets ready for the 77th season of operation in Massachusetts. MILFORD, Conn. – Tommy Baldwin Racing (TBR) and Doug Coby Racing jointly announced today that Coby will compete in the 51st annual NAPA Spring Sizzler in April driving the Mayhew Tools 7NY. The historic event, which takes place on April 29-30 at Stafford Motor Speedway in Connecticut, is $20,000 to win and had over 40 cars in the pit area attempting to qualify last season.
With the announcement that this weekend’s Pala Casino 400 (Feb. 26 at 3:30 p.m. ET on FOX, MRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio) will be the last NASCAR Cup Series race on the 2-mile configuration, the anticipation for a spectacular final event is steadily growing. Planning continues for a proposed half-mile short track located on a portion of the speedway’s current property, but timing for commencement of that project remains uncertain making this weekend that much more special.
