KANSAS CITY, Kan. — In the last few feet of race track in the second overtime Sunday afternoon, Chase Elliott came from oblivion to steal the Hollywood Casino 400 Presented by ESPN BET and earn a berth in the Round of 8 of the NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs.
As his No. 9 Hendrick Motorsports Chevrolet sped wide open through the final corner on Lap 273 at Kansas Speedway, Elliott’s car bounced off the side of Denny Hamlin’s Toyota on the way to the finish line.

Woodstock, NH — The Dad’s 4 By Tool & Supply Kids Division at White Mountain kicked off Saturday night’s six division card with Chloe Doyle and Bella Hamel leading the way side-by-side at the front. Several back of the pack cautions slowed the pace early but under green flag conditions Lucas Sidney and Owen Dupuis made their way through the field to pour the pressure on in the closing laps. Under the twin checkered flags Sidney took the win by a hair over Doyle with Makenzi Sicard sliding in for third to round out the opening podium.

Woodstock, NH — Although gray skies greeted the crowds at White Mountain Motorsports Park on Thursday, a warm and rain-free day ensured stellar side-by-side action at New Hampshire’s Favorite Short Track. Headlined by the inaugural Fisher Auto Parts 100 for the Flying Tigers, Saturday’s showcase was yet another example of what makes the Thunder in the Mountains!
LAS VEGAS — Two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion Joey Logano made his Team Penske’s fuel strategy call work to perfection Sunday afternoon to claim victory in the South Point 400 Playoff race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway and earn the first of four NASCAR Cup Series Championship 4 berths.
Logano led only the final six laps on the Vegas 1.5-miler but was able to hold off the afternoon’s most dominant car, Christopher Bell’s No. 20 Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota by a slight .662-second in the final few laps.
Thompson, CT — A partly cloudy day was had at Thompson Speedway’s Saturday opener to the 50th Icebreaker weekend with plenty of rain to darken the spirits on an exciting opening day schedule of events. The crew at Thompson Speedway kept the track dry enough to get in full feature events for both the Thompson Street Stocks and the PASS Super Late Models but the Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series was a casualty to the rain and will be postponed to the Friday of World Series weekend on October 11. Oxford, ME — Seventeen American-Canadian Tour Flying Tigers made the trek across Route 2 to Maine’s Oxford Plains Speedway on Saturday morning, all looking for one last shot at victory lane in the 2023 season. Teamsters from Barre, Vermont’s Thunder Road and North Woodstock, New Hampshire’s White Mountain Motorsports Park took on a different beast on Saturday as they joined the excited Pro All Stars Series (PASS) 400 weekend. N. Woodstock, NH — On a cool Sunday afternoon in the Pemigewasset Valley of New Hampshire, Thunder filled the foothills to the tune of the Pro All Stars Series (PASS) Super Late Models. A special Father’s Day edition of racing at White Mountain Motorsports Park proved just the right medicine after a week of unseasonably constant rain in the Granite State. Woodstock, NH — After battling yet another rainy forecast, the skies opened up for a Chamber of Commerce day in the Pemigewasset Valley as White Mountain Motorsports Park played host to Round #2 of the Wall’s Ford Platinum Late Model Series. The Foley Oil & Propane 100 gave way to some of the hardest racing of the season so far, not just in the Late Models but in all divisions as the four-division showdown went lightning fast for the fans at hand on a cool June night in New Hampshire’s Northcountry. Team DGR called upon the expertise of NASCAR Cup Series driver Todd Gilliland to pilot their No. 17 Ford at Knoxville Raceway last weekend and the decision paid off big-time with a trip to Victory Lane, the first for the organization this season. Ultimately the win was great for Gilliland, but for the drivers vying for the final five spots in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Playoffs, it stole a chance for one of the championship contenders to lock themselves into the postseason with a win.
BRISTOL, Tenn. – Kyle Busch has a special fondness for Bristol Motor Speedway, but the driver of the No. 18 Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota needed a huge stroke of luck on Sunday night to rekindle his love affair with the half-mile track.
