Rumble At The Ridge 200 Will Bring Whelen Modified Tour Back To Maine
ATTLEBORO, Mass. — As part of a wide-ranging 14-race NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour schedule for 2021, the stars of NASCAR’s open-wheel division will be heading to Beech Ridge Motor Speedway in Maine for the first time since 2005. In a race promoted by JDV Productions — the Rumble at the Ridge 200 — drivers will compete for glory around Maine’s oval in a return to the facility that is going to be highly-anticipated for everyone from teams, to drivers and fans.

Chandler Smith will begin his first full-time season in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series behind the wheel of Kyle Busch Motorsports’ (KBM) No. 18 Safelite AutoGlass Tundra in Friday night’s season-opening event at Daytona (Fla.) International Speedway. The 18-year-old Georgia native will compete for the Sunoco Rookie of the Year Award in 2021 after competing in a part-time schedule for KBM each of the last two seasons.

Waterbury, VT — The American-Canadian Tour (ACT) and Pro All Stars Series (PASS) have released the official entry form for the Thompson 300 at Connecticut’s Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park on October 9-10. More than $100,000 in projected awards are posted for the return of the historic event as part of the 59th World Series of Speedway Racing. As previously announced, the 300-lap event will pay the winner a guaranteed minimum of $20,000. Second place receives $7,500 with $5,000 for third.
